Do you offer a warranty?

The Case Studio offers an unconditional 90 day warranty.  If your case is defective, or breaks, within 60 days of purchase, we will be happy to replace it free of charge with the same personalization and case type that you originally purchased. Shipping and handling are not refundable. Please email (support@thecasestudio.com) a photograph of the defect to us along with your order information and we will gladly make you a new case.

Do you offer discounts?

From time to time, The Case Studio will offer different promotions and specials.  We're sorry, but discounts and promotional codes can not be added together on a single purchase.  Discounts are not available on Rush Processing or Shipping Charges

What if I have forgotten to enter my discount code?

If you have forgotten to enter your code, just email us (support@thecasestudio.com) with the valid code and we will be happy to apply it and credit you the difference.

Can I return my case if I don't like it?

Due to the personalized nature of our items, returns are not accepted, and refunds are not available.

How do I remove my thin case without damaging it?

The easiest and safest way to remove a thin case is to put your finger over the camera cover.  While pressing on the back of the phone, gently pull the outer edge towards you and it will come off easily.  

How do I place an order?

Start by creating an account, then select the type of device you want to design a cover for.  Follow our onscreen prompts, then add the cover to your cart.  Proceed to checkout when you are finished shopping. We offer Rush Processing for $9.95.  Discounts do not apply to Rush Processing or Shipping Charges. This does not speed up shipping time, unless a different shipping method is selected during the checkout process.

How is my case shipped?

Our cases are shipped via USPS and we will provide you a tracking number for your order. 

Continental United States is $6.95 per shipment. 

Canada, Alaska and Hawaii is $9.95 per shipment.  See Shipping for more options.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but if your package is returned back to us for shipping errors due to incomplete or incorrect address info, there will be a flat rate of $6.95 to reship your item.

My photograph or logo is not sizing correctly, what do I do?

Please email us (support@thecasestudio.com) and we will be glad to help you with your photograph or logo.  Please include case type and the photo or logo you are wishing to use.

What size does my photograph or artwork need to be in order to work on your site?

As each device requires a different size of image uploaded, you'll want to pay attention to each item's description for more specific information. In the mean time, here are a few things that will be required regardless of device cover: All images must be at least 300dpi. You'll want to make sure that you're not choosing an image where the "important" parts are near the edge of the picture. This is because many of our cases allow for the image to wrap around to the sides of the case.

What about Privacy?

How long does it take to get my case?

Orders typically ship within 3 business days.  Transit times vary. For an additional $9.95, we will process your case within 1 business day.

Can I rush my order?

For $9.95, we will send you your case within 1 business day.  Please note that shipping is not expedited with a rush order, unless additional shipping fees are paid. Discounts do not apply to Rush Processing.


Do you offer bulk pricing?

If you have a large order of the same case (more than 10 cases) please email us (support@thecasestudio.com) for pricing.
